How can we help?
Credit Line Request
How does a casino credit line work and how can I request one?
A Casino Line of Credit (LOC) — also known as a casino marker — allows eligible guests to access pre‑approved gaming funds onboard without needing to carry large amounts of cash. These funds are provided directly by Carnival Corporation and are repaid within 45 days after your cruise.
How long is my line of credit active for?
LOC Validity Period
Your Line of Credit is valid for one full year from the date it is officially entered into our casino systems.
However, activation for each sailing is not automatic; you must notify us by completing the following form: General Questions -- Ocean Players Club and selecting "Renew my line of credit" for each sailing within the validity period. If we are unable to process your request, our team will provide guidance.
If you intend to sail again within the one-year period, reapplication is not necessary unless your LOC expires or your personal information changes.
LOC Application Expiration
If you applied for a Line of Credit but did not sail or utilize it:
Your application remains valid for up to one year from the date of submission.
After one year, it automatically expires, and a new application will be required should you wish to request credit again.
Renewing Your Line of Credit
If your LOC is approaching expiration (the one‑year mark), you may renew it by submitting an updated request.
Our team will assist you throughout the process should any additional documentation or verification be necessary.

Casino Experience
What Happens If I Forget to Cash Out My Casino Chips Before Disembarking?
What is Voice of the Player Survey (VOP)?
Voice of the Player is a new initiative by Carnival Corporation aimed at gaining a deeper understanding of our guests' overall casino cruising experience. To achieve this, we are conducting a pre-cruise survey that will help us learn more about your expectations when playing in the casino, how much time you plan on spending there as well as your overall intentions. Following the cruise, Voice of the Player will send a separate survey (shorter than your general cruise satisfaction survey). This survey will focus on your casino experience while on the ship, including service, satisfaction levels and intention to return.
We will utilize the input from guests like you to enhance both the customer-facing aspects of our casino and the pre-cruise guest experience, while also contributing to the overall long-term advancement of our casinos.
Please note guests are chosen at random and we cannot manually send these surveys as it is an automated system.

How do I open my W-2G document?
How do I request a W-2G tax document?
If you do not receive your W-2G tax document in the mail, please request a digital copy of your W-2G tax document by clicking here: W2G / 1099 Request – Ocean Players Club and complete the form in full to ensure we can assist you effectively.

How do I open my 1099-MISC tax document?
May I get a total of only my winnings and my losses?
The totals are combined from all play using your player's card and cannot be separated.
May I get a statement that shows coin-in and coin-out?
This information will NOT be included on your statement. The IRS recommends that you keep a diary for this purpose.
What is the difference between Win/Loss statements, W-2G, and a 1099-MISC tax document?
Win/Loss Statements show the net win or loss for a player's account over a specific year and are not sent to the IRS. On the other hand, the W-2G tax document reports taxable amounts to the IRS. Additionally, the 1099-MISC tax document is used to report promotional gifts and/or winnings to the IRS, such as winning an Apple laptop on a sailing.
